职责和要求
Responsibilities:
--Handle customer enquiries in a timely manner in a call centre environment;
--Follow--up on customer enquires, fault cases and complaints to assure action;
--Communicate with customers and inter--departments to assure actions when necessary;
--Identify, investigate and resolve customers' issues ;
--Prepare correspondence and Call Centre activities related reports;
--Shift duty is required, includes Sundays & Public Holidays .
Requirements:
--College graduate or above ;
--Customer oriented & interested in dealing with people at all levels;
--Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese ;
--Good spoken cantonese is an advantage ;
--Pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure;
--Good inter--personal and communication skills ;
--Shift duty is required ;
--Telecom Industry experience is preference.
