Job Title: | Customer Service Surpervisor | Job description: | 1.Leading the customer service team member to provide prompt,efficient,high quality order processing service.When in peak month need help the team member to confirm the customer order.
2.Solving the occurred customer order problem and communicate with our customer.
3.Following up the status of the customer order,updating the status to our customer weekly.
4.Dealing with the customer expedite or delay request.
5.When the goods arrive at WH,monitor the QC to inspect it on time to make sure the on time delivery.
6.Confirming the shipment with our customer,informing the related department to prepare the document and report.informing the WH to deliver the goods.
7.Receiving the RFQ,cooperating with our Engineer Department and Costing Department to provide the quotation to our customer.
8.Training the new team member.
