Job Responsibilities
1. Gain in-depth understanding of the characteristics of cosmetic raw materials and evaluate theirapplication effects in formulations.
2. Be responsible for the design and optimization of product formulations, complete sampleprototyping and packaging work, and ensure that samples meet quality standards.3. Provide technical training and product knowledge support to the sales team, and assist inanswering customer inguiries.
4. Participate in market research, collect customer feedback, and adjust formulations or proposeimprovement suggestions based on market demands.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields2. Over 1 year of experience in cosmetic formulation development or technical experience insilicone materials.
3. Proficient in Indonesian (local language), with the ability to communicate in dailyconversations in Chinese/English.
4. Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork spirit and communicationskills.
